As the Senior Procurement Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
Communicating performance expectations and metrics to suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, managing suppliers to contractual documents, conducting risk, issue, and opportunity management, and managing supplier readiness for entry into service.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing repair turnaround time and spares, working with suppliers on corrective action plans where needed, and initiating and executing supplier recovery and improvement activities.
You will work closely with the production procurement team to ensure in-service issues are considered in contracting strategies and leverage.
Other responsibilities include developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures, setting operational goals, and contributing to the improvement of existing processes, including the deployment of strategic supplier management and procurement strategies.

Requirements
To qualify for the Senior (Level 4) position, you must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' related work experience, a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years' related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This requirement ensures that candidates for the Senior position have a strong educational foundation and extensive practical experience in their field of work.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options and meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" is required. Basic qualifications for this position include 5+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management, proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and a willingness to travel domestically when needed. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a manufacturing, assembly, and/or aerospace environment and 5+ years of working in customer service or with airline customers.
